What is a Booster Break?

A Booster Break is a healthy work break alternative that is easily implemented in the work place during work hours and is designed to:

* Energize spirit
* Improve focus
* Maintain or increase productivity
* Enhance job satisfaction
* Increase team cohesiveness
* Promote healthy lifestyles

The Booster Break can be a series of simple movements for all fitness levels, meditation, or any other health-promoting  group activity.

Why Booster Breaks?

The Booster Break transforms the 10-to-15 minute break into a health-promoting practice during the work day.  It can be performed in your work clothes at your job.
